Rarely do we get to spend 2-3 hours shooting formals, but we did this day, and you see the results. Time - or lack thereof - is the enemy of photography. This day we hit some of our favorite locations in New York City and shot at will with an amazing couple who were up for anything.

Starting at our Studio in Chelsea for some 'informal' formal portraits and relaxed couple shots we then headed out to Flatiron - my favorite building in NYC - and then up to Central Park starting on the Upper West Side heading to Bethesda for the ubiquitous fountain shots - then we headed east to the Upper East Side and down 5th Avenue under the trees to Central Park South. Quite a walk, but very much worth it with countless great spots for images - many of which came newly discovered, as walking bestows.

We recreated this whole shoot a few months later with a couple from England who fell in love with the images.
