Wonderful wedding hosted by Monteverde at Oldstone in Westchester, New York. Situated on a bend on the Hudson River a stone’s throw from Bear Mountain, Monteverde sports beautiful river views and spacious grounds that epitomizes the rustic elegance on offer in the Hudson Valley – and all less than an hour from New York City to boot.
After wandering the grounds for photos, including the century-old grape arbor, the ceremony took place on the Grand Lawn shaded by three imposing oaks. Nicky, the ring-bearing dog, started things off by sprinting down the stone steps – in short order – to sit by Matt’s feet. The bride soon followed, albeit rather more slowly.
